Return Policy
We do our best to make your shopping with us a real pleasure. But if it happens you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following:
- to exchange the piece for another one
- to repair the piece
- to refund the price of the timepiece
Here are the options:
- Please write us an email at support
wow-watches.net stating the problem. - Let us know whether it is a refund or exchange. Please, provide your order number, and approximate purchase date.
- You will receive an email with your return code. Please, enclose this code to the package. We will as well provide the address where you should send the item you want refunded or exchanged.
WARNING: If you do not receive any emails from us within 24 hours, please
check your spam-filters. See if there are no messages that were blocked recently. This is the most frequent cause why you may miss a letter from us.
Note:
Please send us all the links you received with the timepiece, if there are some of them missing you will not be able to exchange it, repair it or to get refund.
In case you want to be refunded the timepiece should be in "like-new" condition that means in new, unused and saleable condition as you received it from us.
Please keep in mind that any kind of damage except from the producer is not to be refund. We have a special quality division the purpose of which is to test every returned item and to determine the damage's character. So please treat your watch carefully to avoid damages. the winding crown should be well-screwed and water should not get inside the watch. Avoid pressing the stem too hardly. Our company will not cover such kinds of damages.
In case we are not able to eliminate manufacturer's defects you will receive a new watch of the same model.
Remember that in case of refunds the customer should cover a $10 re-stocking fee.
If we do not have the same watch model in our stock you will be offered to choose another one of the same price. In case you will like more expensive timepiece you will have to compensate the difference in price. If the model you choose is less expensive we will refund the price difference.
In case of item exchange we will pay you back the shipping charge.
In case your order is lost we will track the way of your package for 30 days. In case we do not find it you will be refunded. All extra-charges should be covered at your cost.
As we are not able to know all the nuances concerning shipping and delivering in different countries you may be asked for some additional charges that are not mentioned in our policy.
When the order will be delivered and adult signature is required to receive it otherwise you will get a message that the package was delivered to the closest post office.
